TERMS OF SERVICE
Once we’ve had our Initial Consultation, service booking must be confirmed within 48 hours.
To officially activate services, Clients must complete all pre-work (including Client Questionnaire, Pinterest mood board, and Service Agreement execution) and schedule their Main Consultation within 7 days of payment.
If this activation window is missed and there’s no response or missing pre-work after 14 days, I’ll assume you’re taking a pause and cancel your booking. The initial payment is non-refundable and the booking is considered expired. Clients who wish to begin services at a later date will need to re-book at the current service rate. You’re always welcome back anytime when you’re ready to begin.
Booking Your Service
Payment in full is due at the time of booking and prior to service date. A 50% non-refundable deposit can be an option, applied to your final invoice where applicable. Any payment past due as of service date will result in an automatic cancellation of booking after 2 business days.
Last minute appointments will incur a $300 rush fee.
Cancellations
Any cancellation, no show or reschedule with less than 48 hours of notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. All payments for Stylist On Demand sessions are considered final and non-refundable.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. Gift certificates are acceptable where applicable.
Refunds
All services and gift certificates are non-refundable.
Stylist On Demand
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Stylist On Demand Sessions: 1. All payments for Stylist On Demand sessions are considered final and non-refundable. 2. If you wish to reschedule a Stylist On Demand session, it must be done within 7 days of the original date. 3. There are no exchanges for alternative services.
